Below is a brief extract from an early chapter in Ray’s book, and recounts the period before Ray and I had met each other.
At this point in time, I had decided that I might possibly like a dog in my life but, recognizing the responsibility involved, was not totally convinced. As I needed to research the idea further, I introduced myself to the Oakville & Milton Humane Society (OMHS) and presented them with my dilemma. It should be noted that I had already retired, but Carol was still working, so she had no idea what I did during the day!
A New Direction Perhaps? 
LOL at the smiley moments! I think I will be smiling a lot when I read this book!

Hahaha, I love the inclusion of smiley moment. It put a smile on my face. Ohh that awkward moment of Hello Colin at the OMHS :D. Glad to see it didn’t happen

Glad you liked the Smiley Moment Ameena as there are a number of them throughout the book. As for the “awkward moment”…..! It could have been really “interesting”! 🙂
