So do I, because it really celebrates how far Ray has come in the past 3 years. He used to be so anti-social and generally indifferent, but here he is, very relaxed and “up close”! If you have not read his book, I think that you would get a lot out of it by virtue of the fact that you also have a dog with anxiety issues! Just thinking!
This is perfect!!! Ray looks just as intrigued with the book as I am 🙂 and it looks like a nice sunny day. Cloudy, rainy day here…but wait, I am not complaining 🙂 just stating a fact. A rainy day gives me an excuse to curl up in blanket and finish the book!
Hi Carolyn – Our weather is perfect, but you go ahead and finish the book. Depending (of course) on where you are, you probably have at least one other surprise in store!
I love this picture! Really, love!

What a terrific pose. Love the crossed paws. He’s quite the proper fella.

He can also be very aloof when he feels like it. Possible aristocracy in his genes? 🙂

You’ll know if he gets gout. 😏

I believe he has to drink liquor for that doesn’t he?

Not necessarily, alcohol does make it worse though.

As he doesn’t touch anything with alcohol, he’ll probably be fine. His problem is his impulsive nature (story is in book). 🙂

Either Ray has learned to read, or he worries for your sanity ! lol Wonderful shot ! ; )

Thanks William. I am fairly certain that he was just looking at the pictures, and probably wondering why the dog in them looked rather familiar! 🙂

Front legs crossed is a very common position for him. We love it!

Ray certainly looks very impressed with what he’s reading. 😀 Awesome pic of you two.

We were looking at the pics (he cannot read!) 🙂

But … you said that a picture is worth a 1000 words. He was “reading” the picture 😀

Very good Hester. The benefits of being ahead of GMT! Your mind is already “up and running”. We are -5GMT so it’s rather early here! 🙂

Nicest picture I’ve seen in a long time. Certainly a great PR shot.
Have a great weekend. Kris.
