“Forever Autumn”

I have always been a Moody Blues fan, and particularly liked Justin Hayward’s vocal and song writing contributions. I came across “Forever Autumn”  quite by accident, as it was sung by Justin Hayward on the “War of the Worlds” album (Jeff Wayne) – an excellent album to listen to, by the way, in complete darkness! Enjoy!

    • We are so looking forward to Fall here. Our Summer has been (still is) unusually high temperatures with a high humidity. One hates to wish the time away, but cooler weather would be lovely! 🙂

  1. I remember reading “War of the Worlds” in high school for reasons unremembered. I’ve not seen the movie or heard the album before. The movie will most likely remain unseen. This song, however, entices me to listen to the album. Thank-you!

  2. I remember this song! I loved it when I first heard it. It’s a beautiful song. Love the video too. Perfect to watch as I ride down the road, don’t worry Brad is the one driving and watching the road. 🙂

  3. A brilliant track and album indeed Colin. War of the Worlds was my ironing music and one particular day my neighbour and I both took our ironing boards out into the garden. We both put WoTW on our stereo systems. and were about half a second out for full synchronisation, but our ironing got done in half the time!
