Nobody could possibly have lived through the 70’s and not heard the Bee Gees. Robin Gibb is, sadly, no longer with us … but we can still enjoy his performances. There are a number of Bee Gees songs that I really like, but his singing here makes this song probably my favourite. Enjoy.
Wow, Iβv never heard of Bee Gees before, I guess I wasnβt born in the 70s, but they look and sound fantastic!
Itβs nice to see some old performances

I usually give my “considerable age” away by remembering a band from the 1950’s and 1960’s …. whereas you have given your “minimal age” away by not knowing of the Bee Gees! Glad you enjoyed that video. π

At least, very few people of my age will get to know of Bee Gees
I really enjoyed it π

If you use the Category search for “Music”, you will find many other bands from before your time! Perhaps you will like them also. Perhaps “Poetic Verse” based around life is appealing to you?

Totally agree with you George. I was not too interested in them when they went “disco”, but there were many lovely songs from their early years,

I loved this when it first came out. It was something I picked up to play, as you can emphasise difference parts of the melody for different effect. Robin Gibb’s voice was prefect for the song. Sadly missed.

Thanks for reminding me of this oldie but goodie. I was able to find on and add to my iTunes playlist. You have done me a good favor today, friend.

Always a pleasure Rae however, if you don’t have the following BeeGee songs from the same era …… you may wish to get them as well! π
Holiday & Let there be Love … and maybe even First of May & Man for all Seasons! π

Some hate the Bee Gees, and some like them. I like them myself, and that’s one of my favorites also. They were all very talented, in my view.

I really liked the “early” BeeGees. As soon as they moved into the disco music scene, they lost me! π

I even like their disco. But the early stuff is damn good too, in my view.
