Thank you. Please feel free to drop by again when you have some time. It’s been going since October 2014, so there is lots to explore (if you are the explorer type of person!). 🙂
This is such an awesome song. How could someone not like it 😄 It is so lovely, the patriotism and love for the country are totally vibrating from it and I love the humor.
Hi Erika. One of the things I love about this place is that a very high percentage of the population is from elsewhere. i.e. We were pretty much all immigrants and are very comfortable admitting the fact. Because we came here by choice, it is easy to be accepting of things in general. To do otherwise would be like admitting we made an error in judgement! I believe that explains why we are so generally accepting of others. Of course there are always exceptions but, for the most part, I think that song says it all really! 🙂
I can imagine well that people are more considerate due to the history of the country and their inhabitants. A wonderful together, live and let live in harmony.
You don’t get a pet goose! There are ample geese to go around … but they’re not pets. They just pretend to be, as they take over all the open grass areas, especially those maintained by us for our recreational purposes. As for poutine? No doubt delicious, and an invitation to a heart attack if over-indulged!:)
All you guys want to do it take ! They are not for you to take.
As for over-indulging in poutine? I guess that depends on how interested you are in taking care of yourself!
Oh gosh! Ok I won’t take a pet polar bear, can I have one instead? On second thought, not sure if our dogs would like that!
I would like to around awhile yet, so no I won’t indulge in poutine but when I come out again I do want some. 🙂
If you decide to come to live, I’ll try and find some leads on accommodations way up north … so your polar bear is happy in its natural habitat. The dogs won’t be a problem. They’ll be just a couple of snacks for your new furry friend.
Nice blog

Fun song and video. Maybe that song should become your next national anthem.

Cannot get rid of the old one as that wouldn’t be nice. We’ll just have two anthems eh! 🙂
