Ray has recently developed an interesting facial expression which, when accompanied by a head tilt, is very endearing… and leaves us wondering (yet again) what is going on in that German Shepherd/Rotti head of his!
He often does it when there is an expectation that something good may be about to happen. He just loves Greenies, and they are a special treat for him so we have to be careful not to mention them in casual conversation. Even an “ee” sound will usually get his attention, but expand that to “gree”, and he will sit right in front of you with “that look”!
The pic below does not exactly capture it, but is the closest we have got to it to date!

You could start calling them by another name, but he would only catch on to that name in a day or two also. That used to happen with Lexi.

Well don’t look at it! Get someone to break it up into small pieces for you, ‘cos if you do it… I suspect quite a few of the small pieces will immediately disappear! 🙂

It is actually out of my direct line of vision, and I am hooked on doing a puzzle in another part of the house. Hubby is giving it the eye though, so I’m sure he’ll help me halve the calorie intake (eventually).
