I do not have any Zombies recordings in my collection, but I recently came across this memory jogger from the 60’s on YouTube. I still don’t think too much of the band, but this particular recording does have a frantic energy emanating from the chorus lines and, because of that, thought it should be shared! Enjoy! 🙂
Always liked this song but had to be in the mood for it, if that makes sense.

Ah, yes, The Zombies. I have a compilation CD of them. Their three big hits are really good: “She’s Not There”, “Tell Her No”, and “Time Of The Season”. Although most of the rest of the CD isn’t quite as appealing to me, there is another song that *should* have been a big hit: “Imagine The Swan”. That one’s definitely worth checking out.

Ahh, the Zombies, I have heard of them!
Don’t know a lot of their songs but “Time of the Season” and this one are very good ones!
Feeling like a “zombie” as I try to wake up. 🙂

It’s my legs that are moving like a zombie. Definitely getting exercise. Walked along the seawall yesterday. Beautiful views!

There’s a tune I remember from the good ol’ days, when rock and roll was corrupting youth and destroying social mores. A fun song to listen to.

Times have changed (I think?)!

Yes they have. Nowadays the rock and roll of yore is pretty tame. But the crap kids listen to these days, sheesh, it’s gonna make society fall completely apart.

Rather difficult to disagree with you … but could they make it any worse a mess than “we” did?
