I love pretty much everything about this song – the melody; musical arrangement; vocal presentation and, best of all, the lyrics are interesting and rather thought provoking! Enjoy!

I haven’t thought of that group, in a long time. I remember the song, and it is a powerful piece. Thanks for the memories.

Good stuff. I loved the music and visuals. And the lyrics have special meaning to an old fart like me. Never been a big fan of Alan Parsons, but I really liked this piece.

Glad you liked it TG, and the lyrics are … “interesting” to those of us in our senior years! 🙂

Yes, you and Tippy are getting “ancient” 🙂

Yes, embrace it, who knows what adventures await! Plus you have wisdom to pass on to us “young ones.” 🙂

Understand, even if I am younger. I have enough trouble realizing that in just a little more than a year I will be having one of those big birthdays. The ones with the 0 after it!

You may want to know that they come around every 10 years! 🙂

Thanks, I have started to notice that trend. 🙂

Those zeroes can be scary. But it’s the number that comes before the zero that matters the most. Just be happy that with each year, wisdom increases, as long as we’re open to the lessons of life.

Very true!
See, its just like I had said, you and Colin do a good job of passing on your wisdom.

I probably should clarify something from my earlier statement about wisdom. There are times great wisdom is shared from both of you and there are other times … just wanted to add that before my other statement got quoted to me. 🙂

. . . and there are other times when we try but sadly fail. Right. I got you.

Umm…I could try to explain exactly what I meant, I could even give examples … but it would probably be wiser if I just agree. 🙂

So in thinking about my quotes today, and since we are talking about wisdom here. Do you have wisdom to not put tomatoes in a fruit salad? 🙂

You have to ask?

Well …I didn’t want to assume. There are times one never knows with you. 😉

Exactly! Like the time I assumed you were bluffing, and we know how that turned out! ☺️

I may not be “Old and Wise” yet, some days I feel closer to it, than others. 🙂
But this is a lovely song, with words that one can indeed dwell on.
