Ray’s story!

It is funny remembering all the hurdles we faced in our early years with him, and thinking about how he is today. The initial 18 months (the time-frame covered in his book) were certainly interesting for me, in that I experienced first hand his “lunge and bark” routine. Guide Dogs & Burgers!

Many of you will remember from earlier Posts that we have a Guide Dogs Training Facility about a 5 minutes walk away. It is operated by The Lions Club of Canada, and the dogs are provided at no cost to the ultimate owner regardless of their location within Canada.  Continue reading
